How do you source your products?

Sustainability and supporting small businesses are our main priorities.

All our products are sourced from small wellness and homeware businesses, responsible and environmentally engaged suppliers and producers mainly based in the UK.   


What kind of packaging do you use?

Reducing our impact on the environment is our core priority. For that reason, we only use recyclable material and eco-friendly boxes. Regardless of the number of products you purchase, your selected items will be hand-packed and beautifully presented. You also have the option to add a complementary message. We also offer a complementary Christmas card for the Christmas period (optional).


Can I add more items to a pre-made Theme Box?

Yes, you can add more items to a Pre-made Theme Box which will arrive beautifully packed. 


Do you display prices on the items? 

We usually don't display any price on the item especially for a gift. However, a price can be displayed on some items such as books. You will receive a receipt by email and we don't enclose it in the package. 


How long will it take to receive my order?

If you place an order before 3 pm on weekdays, your package should be dispatched the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

If you are based in mainland UK, It takes between 1-3 days to receive your order with our standard delivery. If you want to receive your order within 24h, please upgrade to 24h express delivery. 

For the European countries we ship to and depending on the destination, it takes between 2-5 working days to receive your package. For more information, consult our Shipping page information. 

Please note that with the Covid-19 crisis and Brexit, the delivery time can be slightly delayed. We recommend that you allow yourself extra days to receive your package on time. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Where do you ship to? 

We ship anywhere in the UK and the following European countries: France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Italy, Sweden and Austria . 

Due to Brexit which is now effective since 1st January 2021, the delivery time can take longer than expected due to custom control. Please allow additional days to receive your parcel.

My parcel has arrived damage.

We are very sorry to hear that your package has arrived damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@essentialsbyesme.com with pictures of the damage package and we will take all necessary steps to replace it asap. 


Can I send to multiple addresses? 

If you want to send a package to multiple addresses, we recommend you place an order separately per address.

Can I cancel my order?

If you’ve just placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately at hello@essentialsbyesme.com .

If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it at this stage. In this case, you will have to go through our refund policy.


 How can I get a refund?

 If you want to return an item and request a refund, you will have to notify us within 14 days after receiving your item. You’ve got 14 additional days to return your package. A refund will be processed as soon as we receive the package and we've done all the appropriate checks on the returned item(s).

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it (them), unworn or unused, with tags, and in its (their) original packaging(s). For more information, please consult our Refund and Return Policy.
